8:00am–6:00pm: $60 includes 3 notarizations

after 6pm: $60 plus $10 per notarization

after10pm: $90 plus $10 per notarization

12am-8am: $120 plus $10 per notarization

Power Of Attorney and Wills: $65 per document (during regular business hours)

Loan Signing Fees

Real Estate Loan Signing rates vary from  $120 - $150 for loan signing packets. The fee  varies for this service due to location, time of signing, and other specifications regarding the handling and delivery of documents. We expedite documents offering overnight delivery of documents via FedEx or UPS.

Apostille Fees

Apostille service fee starts at $375 

for standard delivery (4-5 business days)
