Ink & Roll Fingerprinting

Ink fingerprinting is the traditional method of collecting fingerprints using the "ink and roll" technique. Each fingertip is rolled in ink and pressed onto a card, capturing rolled impressions from one side of the fingernail to the other.  Lastly, all fingers are placed at a 45-degree angle to create a complete set of impressions.
