Mobile Notarization Fees
8:00am–6:00pm: $50 plus $10 per notarization
after 6pm: $60 plus $10 per notarization
after10pm: $70 plus $10 per notarization
after 12am-7am: $90 plus $10 per notarization
Power Of Attorney and Wills are $65 per document
*Travel fees are in addition to notarization fee.
Loan Signing Fees
Real Estate Loan Signing rates vary from $120 - $150 for loan signing packets. The fee range varies for this service due to location, time of signing, and other specifications regarding the handling and delivery of documents. We expedite documents offering overnight delivery of documents via FedEx or UPS.
Apostille Fees
Apostille service fee starts at $375
for standard delivery (4-5 business days)
This service fee includes:

*Additional notarization fee: $10
Add-On Fees
· Pick-up/Drop-off Documents: $30 FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority Mail
*(does not include shipping fees)
· Rush Fee: $50
(applies when services are requested less than two (2) hours from the time requesting service)
· Witness: (if we provide): $25 per witness
· Wait Fee: $30 per 15 minute increment
· Fuel Surcharge Fee: $25
(applicable outside Dallas, Texas counties)
I-9 Form Verification Fees
· I-9 Verification Service: $30
· Mobile/Travel Fee: $30
Mobile Ink Fingerprinting
· Fingerprinting Service-2 Cards:$35
*additional cards: $20 each
· Mobile Travel Fee: $30

All fees are due and payable prior to services rendered at which time an invoice and receipt will be issued.
